Blackpool is an incredibly popular seaside resort found on the North West coast of England, which remains amazingly popular with visitors traveling from the nearby towns and cities which include Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington and more. About Blackpool Pleasure Beach

The most popular attraction in the seaside town of Blackpool, in Lancashire, which manages to receive approximately 7 million visitors every twelve months, is Blackpool Pleasure Beach. The Pleasure Beach is a funfair of enormous proportions with amazing big rides, just a few are the Pepsi Max Big One, Valhalla, Ice Blast, Grand National, Zipper Dipper and Wild Mouse, as well as many more food booths, sideshows, entertainments, sidestalls and games. The newest big thrill is Infusion, the first ride in the world to feature a suspended looping type of coaster entirely over water.

Getting There And Bed And Breakfast 

Blackpool is, as said earlier, very easy to get to these days as it is possible to get there by road, air or rail. Arriving by rail you will, more than likely, arrive at Blackpool’s main train station, Blackpool North on Talbot Road. Just a short distance down Talbot Road is Blackpool National Express Coach Station, the main bus station. The other rail station, Blackpool South, is at Waterloo Road, nearer the Pleasure Beach. Blackpool Airport is found approximately two miles south of the town center and was previously known as, Blackpool Squires Gate Airport, one of the oldest airports in the UK.

Blackpool bed and breakfast is generally priced fairly low. Rooms are cheaper out of season but a little more pricey on weekends. Blackpool hotels are at their most costly during the Blackpool Illuminations, which is really peak season in Blackpool.

A useful tip: Some hotels can be noisy and busy especially those between Central and North Pier. If you require in a quieter location take a look beyond the North Pier.
